The Range Rover Evoque is coming! Order yours now at DealerExport.com for early delivery from USA!

Land Rover Range Rover Evoque 3-Door

Land Rover Range Rover Evoque 3-Door

After what feels like forever, the Land Rover LRX Concept has finally come out of it’s shell and evolved into something magnificent, and they’re calling it the Range Rover Evoque. The three door and five door models share their platform with the Land Rover LR2, and will be available in three trim levels: the neutral Pure, the luxurious Prestige and the more brightly colored Dynamic.

Pure-
“A striking design combined with a beautiful, contemporary interior showcases the pure lines of the cabin architecture. A soft-touch wrapped finish throughout contrasts with the real-metal brushed aluminum trim.”

Prestige-
“The ultimate in Range Rover luxury, combining an enhanced exterior with unique 19 inch wheels and dramatic bright finish details. The sumptuous interior is almost entirely swathed in twin-needle stitched leather. Hand-polished real wood and metal finishes are crafted to complement the wide choice of unique colors.”

Dynamic-
“A bold sports exterior with 19 inch wheels, unique bumpers, sills, grille and tailpipes immediately creates a more assertive, athletic stance. Inside unique sports detailing provides a dynamic, premium environment.”

Both the three and five door models will come with a six-speed automatic transmission, and it’s power will come from a 240-horsepower, 2L four-cylinder turbocharged engine, which will get our new Rover from zero to 60 mph in 7.1 seconds, while greatly improving fuel economy over any other Rover. It also offers electric power-assisted steering, adaptive dynamics with MagneRide dampers and the company’s off-roading Terrain Response system. Murray Dietsch, Director of Land Rover Programs was noted saying: “The five-door Range Rover Evoque has the same sporting character as the Coupe. We have focused on ensuring that the car is agile and fun to drive, so that customers have a rewarding experience, even in day-to-day urban driving. Advanced technologies such as MagneRide mean we can ensure that this dynamic prowess does not come at the cost of top-quality refinement or comfort.” The Evoque can be built with the option for a sophisticated Adaptive Dynamics system, which uses those advanced MagneRide™ dampers to provide you with an enhanced balance of confident, nimble handling with a supple, controlled ride. This kind of suspension delivers even tighter body control with flatter handling and sharper responses than ever. Drivers who take their Range Rover Evoque off-road will be reassured to know that, in addition to generous ground clearance, the car has aggressive breakover and departure angles.

It will come with a full-size panoramic glass roof, providing plenty of light and airy ambiance inside the cabin. And it should help make it feel bigger too – which may seem important to some enthusiasts for a vehicle that’s a full 17 inches shorter than the Range Rover Sport. The interior is available with beautiful twin-needle-stitched premium leather to dress the instrument panel, doors and seats. There’s also an 8 inch touchscreen display, audio streaming and Bluetooth connectivity. The audio system is going to be a 17-speaker Meridian setup that puts out 825 watts of power. That’s right, we said Meridian. Range Rover’s new partnership with such a well renowned sound specialist has consumers jumping for joy, as this will be the first Meridian-designed setup in any Range Rover. Other options include a hard-drive based navigation system, 360-degree view Surround Camera System and a rear-seat entertainment package with twin 8 inch screens.

The driver adopts a lower seating position than in one of the larger Range Rover models, offering a more sporting feel but retaining the important Command Driving Position, while the rear seats, with seat belts and head restraints for three passengers, have 60/40 folding rear seats and are equipped with LATCH child seat mounts.

The five door extends the appeal of the crossover-style Range Rover Evoque by offering more flexibility and interior space than the three door coupe. However, it still sits on the same platform, without any increase in overall width or length, but only a small height increase, making it 1.8 inches taller. The driver adopts a lower seating position than in one of the larger Range Rover models, offering a more sporting feel but still retaining the important Command Driving Position. The rear seating, with seat belts and head restraints for three passengers, has 60/40 folding seats and they are equipped with LATCH child seat mounts. Rear seat passengers also benefit from over 1.97 inches more shoulder room, along with generous headroom – which compares very favorably to traditional sporting sedans. When required, luggage capacity can be expanded to hold a substantial 51 cubic feet.

The Range Rover Evoque seamlessly delivers all of the core Range Rover values of luxury, prestige, refined performance and multi-terrain capability while still remaining true to it’s maker’s dream of the LRX Concept design. The 2012 Range Rover Evoque will be the smallest, lightest and most fuel-efficient Rover ever produced. The new vehicle’s sustainability credentials stem from a comprehensive approach to reducing its environmental impact throughout the product life cycle, from development and manufacturing, all the way through to customer use and end-of-life recycling. International versions will offer several engine/transmission combinations as well as front/all-wheel drive choices.

The 2011 Ford F-150 Raptor For Export From USA – SuperCab And SuperCrew – No Taxes!

2011 Ford F-150 SVT Raptor SuperCrew

2011 Ford F-150 SVT Raptor SuperCrew

For almost 30 years the F-Series has been dominating the charts as one of the best-selling trucks in the US, with the F-150 as the star of the line-up. For 2011 Ford decided to dress things up by adding a new four door SuperCrew model to the Raptor.

The off-road-ready SVT Raptor hits the trail with a 6.2-liter V8, special off-road tires, a revised suspension (with wider front and rear tracks, enhanced wheel travel and specialized shock absorbers), an electronically locking rear differential, sport seats and exclusive exterior and interior styling.

Other than the Raptor’s off-roading bits, most of the features found on the upper trim levels can be added to the lower trims as options. Aimed at those who work out of their trucks, Ford’s Work Solutions options include an in-dash computer with Internet access, a Midbox storage system (a lockable compartment located between the cab and bed) and Tool Link (a system that keeps tabs on tools stored in the truck’s box via radio-frequency tracking). Other option highlights include a sunroof, a rearview camera, rear parking sensors, a cargo management system, a stowable bed extender, a trailer brake controller, a premium Sony audio system, a hard-drive-based navigation system with Sirius Travel Link and a rear-seat entertainment system.

The Raptor comes standard with a 6.2L V8 engine which is matched to a six-speed automatic transmission (with newly added manual control now available – this being the only change made to the powertrain), and four-wheel drive. Antilock disc brakes, stability control, trailer sway control and a full complement of airbags (including front seat side and full-length side curtain) are also standard this year.

Off-road fans should be thrilled by the purpose-built SVT Raptor, as it is an immensely capable treat to drive off-road, even though sometimes it’s wide body and tall ride height make it tricky to drive around downtown.

The SuperCrew layout enlarges the Raptor’s wheelbase by 11.9 inches, and overall length by 11.5. With the addition of two front-hinged, full-size doors; as opposed to the existing SuperCab truck’s rear-hinged half-doors; the extension provides 10.1 inches more legroom for those seated in the second row. The box length remains 67 inches.

Curb weight for the Raptor SuperCrew is pegged at 6200 pounds, up about 200 from the Raptor SuperCab. Payload capacity grows 100 pounds to 1030, and the maximum tow rating jumps from 6000 to 8000 pounds. SuperCrew models also receive a 36-gallon fuel tank, versus the 26-gallon unit in two-(full-)door trucks.

For 2011, the Raptor drops the smaller engine and the 6.2L V8 becomes the new standard. Both models keep the same beefy brakes and 17-inch wheels with in 35 inch off-roading tires just as the 2010 truck had. The SuperCrew offers the same 11.2 inch front and 12.1 inch rear suspension travel, and the chassis setup is reportedly identical to the SuperCab’s. While the payload and towing-capacity increases will be attractive to users who don’t plan on using the Raptor in its intended environment, hard-core off-roaders will note that the wheelbase stretch decreases the Raptor SuperCrew’s breakover angle, making the four-door version less capable than the original configuration.

Both 2011 Raptors gain a few toys new to the model. A 4.2-inch LCD screen has been wedged between the tachometer and speedometer in the instrument cluster, displaying information about the truck’s status. It can monitor the hill-descent control, locking differentials, and stability control, and an off-road mode highlights the Raptor’s attitude and steering angle.

Several comfort features join the standard-equipment list, including an alarm, auto up/down front windows, a 110-volt power outlet in the center console, a telescoping steering wheel, a headrest for the middle rear seat, and an integrated blind-spot-defeating spotter mirror. Option packages are shuffled for 2011, with the Raptor Luxury package—heated power front seats, dual-zone climate control, and an upgraded audio system, among other odds and ends—adding power-folding mirrors and a remote-start system. The newly available Raptor Plus package bundles the previously available rearview camera and trailer-brake controller.

Finally, Ford offers a new silver paint color for the Raptor, as well as matte-black hood graphics. The optional decals feature “F-150” and “SVT” written in dark gray, with a body-colored “Raptor” logo. Ford says the design was inspired by off-road-racing Broncos of yore, and that the matte color helps reduce sun glare off the hood.

New 2011 BMW X3’s are finally here! Take a look at BMW’s newest luxury SUV, available now for export.

2011 BMW X3 xDrive35i for Export

2011 BMW X3 xDrive35i

There are two choices of engine variations for the 2011 BMW X3, a 240-hp xDrive28i or the turbocharged, 300-hp xDrive35i. Both vehicles come standard with AWD, as well as top of the line start-stop technology, innovative hill descent control and a shiny new 8-speed automatic transmission. The addition of a new 5-link rear axle also gives the redesigned SUV a much smoother ride than last years model, and the new body design creates more rear leg room and cargo space.

Electronic Damping Control comes standard on the more powerful xDrive 35i and is an optional choice on the XDrive 28i. This technology utilizes sensors for lateral force, steering wheel position, wheel rotation speed and more, which it uses to ideally adjust the driving experience accordingly. Standard dynamic stability control includes such handy features as brake drying, start-off assist and brake fade compensation.

The 2011 BMW X3 uses a unique technology to make brake energy regeneration, which in turn actually charges the battery. Yes, you got that right, it charges it’s own battery and it’s NOT a hybrid. When the battery is fully charged the alternator disengages from the engine in order to reduce the demand placed on the engine- this handy feature actually lowers emissions. Talk about a way to stack up against the competition.

BMW has tried and tried to make the X3 more functional, and it seems this time they actually got some things right. Having an optional 3-way 40/60/40 rear seat split and a 12-volt power outlet in the rear cargo area definitely perks up our ears a bit. Technology like the heads-up display improves safety as well as functionality. ConnectedDrive uses Bluetooth to deliver email and text messages from your phone to your iDrive screen, or you can have the messages read aloud through the speakers. The same screen displays the images from the optional rear-view and top-view cameras.

The interior of the X3 has been improved, with a focus on driver ergonomics. The X3 includes an 8-way power driver’s seat and automatic climate control. The biggest improvement isn’t found only in the X3 — the iDrive system, whose control knob is found in the center console, has been overhauled in recent years. What was once at best a techno-nuisance and at worst an excuse to take your eyes off the road for several seconds at a time has grown up to be useful and intuitive.

The X3’s options include a heated steering wheel, heated front seats and a power tailgate. The available Sports Activity package adds a leather steering wheel, light alloy wheels and aluminum roof rails. You can take it a step further with the X-Line Equipment package, which adds bling with aluminum and matte titanium touches to the exterior.

Dealer Export is currently running a special on one of the most popular cars in America – the Toyota Camry. There’s one at nearly every stoplight, and you’ll find it hard NOT to spot one in almost any parking lot. It’s an economical car, and comes in several different variations, which is appealing to just about everybody. Let’s take a look into the mechanics of what makes the Camry so desirable. Production started back in 1980, and since then it’s popularity and reputation for reliability have been hard at work to put the Camry on the map as one of the most affordable and dependable sedans on the market.

Toyota’s 2011 Camry is available in several different trim levels, ranging from basic to luxurious, with either an I-4 or V6 engine in charge of delivering power. The 2.5L 4-cylinder engine generates 169 horsepower (or 179 hp when you select the sport SE trim), and it is paired with either a 6-speed manual or 6-speed automatic transmission. The 3.5L V6 engine generates 268 horsepower and 248 ft-lb of torque and is paired with a 6-speed automatic transmission. Both engines feature Toyota’s variable valve timing with intelligence system (VVT-i), which helps to optimize the power and efficiency through the entire operating range.

The Camry Hybrid model pairs a 147-horsepower Atkinson-cycle 2.4L I-4 gas engine with a 40 horsepower electric motor system. Together, they produce a combined 187 horsepower – which places the Hybrid above the standard Camry 4-cylinder in terms of power. This juicy muscle power is delivered to the front wheels through a continuously variable transmission (CVT). The Hybrid model also includes an “ECO” button which limits the power used by the climate control system and slightly increases the fuel economy.

All of the 2011 Camry models come with an impressive list of standard safety equipment, including: anti-lock brakes, electronic brake-force distribution (EBD) and brake assist, along with seat-mounted side air bags and side curtain air bags. Vehicle stability control (VSC) is also now standard. Camry Hybrid models come with standard vehicle dynamics integrated management (VDIM), a stability control system that brings together inputs from the throttle, brakes and steering and is able to make minor corrections to maintain stability.

Besides the Hybrid, Camrys come in four different trim levels, including the economical CE, mid-range LE, lavishly equipped XLE and sporty SE. The CE is only available with the 4-cylinder, while the LE, XLE and SE can be had with either engine. CE standard equipment includes air conditioning, cruise control, a 6-speaker AM/FM/CD sound system and power windows, locks and mirrors. The LE adds more features like a power driver’s seat and remote keyless entry. XLE trim includes a long list of upgrades such as dual-zone climate control, a 440-watt, 8-speaker JBL sound system with 6-disc changer and Bluetooth compatibility, a power moonroof, reclining rear seats, aluminum wheels and fog lamps.

The sportier SE model adds a blackout grille, 17-inch alloy wheels and a sport suspension with lower ride height to the LE’s equipment.

All Camrys get a multi-function display that includes trip-computer functions such as average fuel consumption, and the Hybrid model adds information about the powertrain’s performance.

The stand alone option choices available on the CE include 16, or 18 inch alloy wheels and a rear spoiler. On the LE, 16-inch alloy wheels, a JBL stereo with Bluetooth, and moonroof can be added. The performance-minded SE’s options list includes packages with an auto-dimming rearview mirror and a universal garage door opener, heated seats and mirrors and a navigation system. At the top of the lineup, the XLE’s options include the navigation system, heated seats and the Smart Key system. In short, there’s a Camry out there for nearly any driver.

The options list for the Hybrid model includes packages that add a leather-wrapped steering wheel and shift knob, a JBL audio system with a 6-disc CD changer, an auto-dimming rearview mirror with compass, and Bluetooth. Also available is a leather seating package, a moonroof, a navigation system and the Convenience Package, which  adds both heated seats and mirrors.

Answers to some of the most Frequently Asked Questions about exporting new cars from the USA…

A beautiful sight - The unloading of an international delivery!
A beautiful sight – The unloading of an international delivery!

1. How can I tell if I am dealing with a professional company who practices legitimate business?
2. What documents do I REALLY need to have before I can legally purchase and export a new car out of the US?
3. How can I be sure I’m fully prepared to get my newly purchased vehicle successfully through US customs without any hang-ups?

These are just a few of the Frequently Asked Questions we get asked on a weekly basis about new vehicle export. The first thing you need to know is what you want. Finding a car with the specific options you need, in the right color is a good start. Sometimes this can be a feat in itself, especially for international buyers shopping in the US – having to take things like time zone differences and specific state laws and policies into consideration when calling around makes it a bit harder to get ahold of the average 9-5 salesman at a dealership on a regular basis, among other things. But that isn’t where you want to be anyway. If you’re calling up a run of the mill dealership asking them to help you export a brand new car they might either one laugh, or second perhaps rudely turn you away.

However, sometimes you may be able to find one loose cannon at a dealership who is willing to take the risk and break the “rules” to sell you a new car for export – but in turn, that is exactly what that situation is: RISKY. If you are entrusting someone you do not know who is willing to knowingly enter into an agreement that could possibly cost them their job or high penalties then that person isn’t likely to stick with you if you need additional assistance, of if your transaction hits any snags. They would be more likely to, if something goes wrong, send you back your money and cancel the deal all together.

Thankfully, there are many more options nowadays when it comes to export. The internet is teaming with opportunity, and if you know how to look for it, you can find the right people to help guide you through this venture.

There are lots of online companies you can turn to who offer vehicle export services from the USA, but BUYER BEWARE! When dealing with anyone over the internet you should always exercise caution, especially before sending them ANY money. Know who you are dealing with BEFORE you buy. You might have a lot of issues ahead if you don’t do some research and choose wisely.

You should always make your best attempt to find a company who has a lot of experience with the standard services that you know you will need to source throughout the export process (such as dealership communications, document handling, price negotiations, handling of purchase agreement, paperwork and documentation handling for MSO/MCO/Title/Registration, FedEx/UPS/USPS courier services, ground transportation from dealership to port or holding yard to port, as well as documents for customs to clear your new vehicle to leave the US!). You don’t want to be stuck working with someone who can’t help you handle these services- it would be near impossible to manage a transaction successfully from overseas without some sort of assistance, especially if you aren’t yet working with an experienced company.

Finding a company who has clients from all parts of the world is another good idea. A company with 20 global clients, compared to a company with 100 global clients tells you that the second company probably has a lot more to offer you in areas like customer service and shorter delivery times. One way to get an unbiased review on how a company does business would be to ask the company directly for the reference of a customer who does consistent business with the company. The company would, of course, need to prove business correspondence with this person to you in order for you to verify it is an actual client and therefore a reliable source for an unbiased review.

It is always a good idea to speak with someone who has gone through the purchase experience with the company in question. If the company tends to take longer with certain things like vehicle delivery, or if they tend to overcharge or are hard to keep in contact with – you should know about it before you enter into a binding agreement. Nobody likes working with someone who is unreliable.

When you finally decide on an online company to help guide you through the export process you should know that you will get premium quality assistance and reliable customer service. As long as it’s a RELIABLE company, you shouldn’t run into any problems. Since this type of purchase is usually an up-front deal (meaning that the buyer must pay in full in order to initiate the transaction) the trust of the company should play a major factor in your selection.

Selling new US vehicles around the world has never been easier! Top selling available models are…

Export from the US with DealerExport!

Hello all! We are DealerExport, and we love helping you export new cars worldwide. We thrive in the export market, and love selling cars overseas! With over 50 years of combined experience in the automotive and export industry you can rest assured that a smooth transaction and a shiny new car are easier to obtain than you’d think!

The new vehicle export market has been booming steadily for years. The decline of the US dollar has been a great motivator for people overseas as they can sometimes save up to 50% when compared to the price of the same vehicle in their home country.

We are currently looking to sell such units as:

2011 Porsche Cayenne V6 and other Cayennes (somewhat limited availability)
2011 BMW X5 35i and 35d diesel (moderate availability)
2010 Ford F-150 SVT Raptor (excess availability)
2011 Toyota Land Cruiser, Sienna XLE Ltd and many others (moderate availability)
2011 BMW X6 35i and 50i (moderate availability)
2011 Mercedes GL350 and GL550, plus many others (somewhat limited availability)
2011 Lexus LX570 and all RX models plus more (excess availability)
2011 Land Rover LR4 and SC Autobiography and other models (somewhat limited availability)
2011 Infiniti QX56 and others (excess availability)

If you are looking to buy any of these units please contact us promptly and we will discuss pricing and transportation details, as well as what you can come to expect from dealing with the best in the business! We make exporting EASY, no hassle, no fuss, no problem. If we can’t get the car you want we will direct you to someone who can. Having contacts at numerous dealerships across the nation gives us an edge over the usual “internet-crawler export houses” you will typically find when searching for help. They do the exact SAME thing that you do, they search the internet- a usually powerful, yet sometimes limited tool in this scenario, trying to find vehicles at random dealerships around the US. While this might sound like a suitable way of doing business to some, it usually results in someone sitting at a computer sifting through thousands of stale ads for units that have already been sold. This is one of the most common things that will delay or lengthen your purchase from an “export house” because they tend to lead their customers to believe that these units are readily available when they haven’t even been purchased from a dealership yet.

Some of our strong points, as an honest, reliable source for new US vehicles:

We have the ability to get ANY make or model of NEW left hand drive vehicles from USA dealerships into your country. We do NOT charge USA sales tax, and we provide the best discounts around. We prefer to do high volume business to give a better discount but we also will make a minimum order of only 1 unit.

If you are interested in other models or makes please inquire and let our company get you the exact vehicle you are looking for at a good price.

We offer excellent services for vehicle sourcing, paperwork, fast title or MSO, transportation and much, much more so call today!

Check out the new 2011 Toyota Sienna XLE Minivan! Export ready with an MSRP of $46,019.00.

2011 Toyota Sienna XLE

2011 Toyota Sienna XLE Minivan

The 2011 Toyota Sienna is completely redesigned for the new model year, with two engine choices now available– a new 187 horsepower I4 as well as the carryover from last year, the 265 horsepower 3.5L V6. Both engines have the new 6-speed automatic transmission, which replaces the old 5-speed, and are built on the same platform as before. The Sienna is offered up in five trim levels: the base, LE, SE, XLE and Limited.

The new Sienna is a bit wider and came out an inch shorter altogether. Hard work was put into improving the handling and give it a more sport-like feel overall while still keeping it as quiet an redefined as the previous model.

The most notable highlights across the board include such amenities as xenon headlights, rain-sensing wipers, adaptive cruise control, rear-seat DVD entertainment system with a large screen that can be split to display two different sources that can be shown at the same time and a navigation system with a back-up camera.

The LE and XLE come in both seven- and eight-passenger configurations; the base and Limited are seven-passenger only and the SE is eight-passenger only. All trims come with front-wheel drive while the LE, XLE and Limited can also be had with all-wheel drive.

The Sienna’s ride quality is plush, and handling is competent in all versions. The SE, due to its recalibrated suspension, provides more agile handling with a somewhat firmer but still comfortable ride quality.

The Sienna XLE trim features a unique metallic gray grille insert, power liftgate, sunroof, tow prep package, three-zone automatic climate control, leather upholstery, wood grain interior trim, a power driver seat, heated front seats and auto-up/down power windows. The AWD version of the XLE also comes with second-row lounge seats that feature pop-up footrests.

New 2011 BMW X5 diesel MSRP: $62,075.00. This xDrive35d is available for immediate delivery!

2011 BMW X5 35dThe 2011 BMW X5 now comes in five available trim levels starting with the xDrive35i at $46,675.00 for the base model. The xDrive35i Premium is next in the line-up for $52,475.00 and includes 19″ wheels, leather seating, privacy glass and USB and iPod integration. Then we have the xDrive35i Sport Activity, which comes in at $54,975.00 and boasts 20″ wheels, sport-styled seating and a darkener trim for the headliner as well as around the windows.

The xDrive35d, a surprisingly well-received diesel model, starts out at just $52,175.00 and needs no changes for this model year.

Trailing it’s siblings at the end of the line we have the xDrive50i with a sticker price at a whopping $59,275.00. Unfortunately, neither the 35d nor the 50i will be graced with the addition of separate trim levels this time around. Also available for X5 lovers comes a special something from the “M” family — the X5 M. Born in 2009, the X5 M starts at a hefty $86,375.00 and sees no changes for the new year.

As well as new trims, the X5 also got some new styling for 2011. The plastic front fenders now run flush with the full-width and newly painted front bumper skin, which now has larger apertures and a matte-finish skid plate lower trim piece. New headlamps feature LED corona rings that serve as daylight runners, and the fog lamps were repositioned to sit higher and more inboard, giving the front end a sleeker look altogether. Silver-contrast trim rings have been replaced with body colored trim surroundings. At the other end of the X5 we see that the bumper cap has been reshaped to better match the look of the one up front and was also given tailpipe surrounds, a silver matte-finished skid plate, new exhaust tips and redesigned chrome-trimmed tail-lamps. Also, Active Cruise Control, complete with full-stop capability, and lane-departure warning systems are available on the X5 for the first time.

Performance only gets better from here on out with the 35i’s new-found power and torque at 300 horsepower and 300 pound-feet, which was brought up from 260 horsepower and 225 pound-feet. The 50i is sure to make your foot feel a little heavier as its running with the engine of the X6 xDrive50i, a twin-turbo v8 that’s good for 400 horsepower and 450 pound-feet of torque. Both new engines are coupled with an exciting new 8-speed automatic transmission.

Last year the QX was built on the Nissan Armada’s platform, but now it’s riding high on a base that’s mainly from the Japanese Nissan Patrol — which is a note-worthy competitor to Toyota’s ever-popular Land Cruiser. This is a good thing in more than one way as we now get a larger, better passenger cabin as well as a good long list of new technology to play with. It’s a full-sized luxury Sport Utility Vehicle with capable seating for seven or eight passengers comfortably.

It’s standard features include 20-inch alloy wheels, a Class IV trailer hitch, automatic bi-xenon headlights, fog lights, heated power-folding exterior mirrors, running boards, roof rails, a sunroof, tinted rear windows, a power liftgate and rain-sensing windshield wipers. While the 20-inch wheels may make it unsuitable for off-roading, most buyers aren’t looking to take their new QX off the pavement in the first place, so we see the wheels as stylish and attention grabbing, not performance hindering.

The QX is packing a 5.6L V8, which is pretty much the same one the 2010 model had except for the addition of direct fuel injection, variable valve timing and lift — which brings its output to 400 horsepower, a nice adjustment over the previous 320 horsepower. Also new for 2011 comes a seven-speed automatic transmission, replacing the former five-speed automatic.

High quality materials and hearty craftsmanship define the luxury status of the new Infiniti, along with plenty of new technological features, three rows of seating and massive cargo capacity. On the inside, the 2011 QX56 includes keyless ignition/entry, tri-zone climate control, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, a top-view camera system, front and rear parking sensors, Bluetooth phone connectivity with streaming audio, a heated 10-way-adjustable driver seat with memory (eight-way for the front passenger), leather upholstery, second-row captain’s chairs, a power-folding third-row bench seat, wood interior trim, a power tilt-and-telescoping heated steering wheel, a voice-activated navigation system with real-time traffic and weather, and a 13-speaker Bose audio system (with CD/MP3 player, USB jack, satellite radio and auxiliary audio/video input).

Options are arranged in a succession of packages, most of which require the preceding option package. The first option is the Theater package, which adds a twin-screen rear entertainment system and a 120-volt power outlet. From there you can add the Split Bench Seat package which replaces the second-row captain’s chairs and center console with a 60/40 split-folding bench, increasing seating capacity from seven to eight.

The Deluxe Touring package tacks on 22-inch wheels, Infiniti’s Hydraulic Body Motion Control system, vehicle-speed-sensitive power steering, heated and ventilated front seats, heated second-row outboard seats, upgraded leather upholstery, remote second-row seat-folding control, special wood interior trim, an upgraded climate control system with air purification/filtration, and headlight washers (4WD only). Finally, the Technology package adds adaptive headlights, adaptive cruise control and a host of high-tech safety features designed to either prevent a crash or protect the occupants in the event of one.

Brand new 2010 Ford F-150 SVT Raptor, ready for export from the USA with an MSRP of $49,750.00.

2010 Ford F-150 SVT Raptor

2010 Ford F-150 SVT Raptor

The 2010 Ford F-150 Raptor is available in four colors: Tuxedo Black, Molten Orange, Oxford White and Blue Flame Metallic. The orange interior trim, as well as the splashy exterior graphics are optional packages, and do not come standard. The black exterior trim (including functional hood and quarter-panel vents) disappears on the black truck, making it a stealthy-looking choice. The same dark trim actually compliments the white version, giving a sweet-looking hot-climate choice while the orange and blue models will defiantly suit off-roading extroverts.

It’s capable of daring off roading speeds and no other 4-wheeler can even come close. When the road opens up, body motions are tightly controlled, in the twists and turns the Raptor handles impressively for its size, pitching over much less than you’d expect for such a beast. Much of this can be credited to the wider track and massive shocks, but the tires deserve some of the credit too, as they effortlessly grip and grind, refusing to get noisy even through switchbacks.

The Raptor’s widened stance combined with 17-inch cast-aluminum wheels create a purposeful, and menacing looking machine. Fit and finish are easily matched up to the high standards of the current F-150, and some new additions go above and beyond.

Inside, the Raptor has the standard F-150 SuperCab seating for up to five people and a roomy front cabin. Access to the rear bench is aided by the reverse-opening rear doors. Wind and especially road noise remain remarkably low considering the off-road tires. Notable interior upgrades from the typical standard F-150 are a thicker leather-wrapped steering wheel that comes with an orange hash mark for quick centering, SVT-specific gauges and a set of heavily bolstered and adjustable leather-trimmed front seats to hold the occupants in place; whether on the track or mid-jump. There’s also a unique gauge cluster in the instrument panel with newly designed racing-style meters. Visibility from the driver’s chair remains excellent, and the standard storage nooks are fixed here, including the roomy center console bin.

Several dash-mounted switches are unique to the 2010 Ford F-150 SVT Raptor, including the knob for the rear electronic locking differential (ELD). This works in both two-wheel and four-wheel-drive modes (Hi and Lo), and can stay locked up to the Raptor’s governed 100-mph top speed.

A set of four auxiliary switches on the center console are pre-wired and fused to the Raptor’s power distribution box for the easy addition of electrical accessories, such as exterior lights and winches. On the same panel you will find buttons for the highly effective hill descent control (which helps you crawl down steep terrains or hills without having to even touch the brakes) and an Off-Road Mode, which adjusts the throttle map, shift schedule and even ABS calibration, to continually improve performance when the pavement ends.

To take advantage of the Raptor’s 6,000-pound tow rating, Trailer Sway Control and a tranny tow-haul mode are standard. The optional integrated trailer brake controller sits closer to the driver’s side of the instrument panel. Optional features include upgraded Sony audio, a back-up camera and a navigation system with clear and bright integrated Sirius Travel Link to provide real-time traffic and travel information.

The 2011 Porsche Cayenne V6 is available now for export from the USA with MSRP at $64,765.00.

2011 Porsche Cayenne V6

The 2011 Porsche Cayenne V6 is powered by a 3.6L engine, but it’s not the same one used in the Panamera. Instead, the Cayenne is sharing a new narrow angle VR6 with the Volkswagen Toureg. The Panamera’s engine is a full aluminum 90-degree V6, while the new Cayenne’s is iron block as well as aluminum with direct injection and a 10.6 degree V6 engine.

Of course, Porsche has tweaked this new engine to properly handle the Cayenne and they’ve added a new intake manifold resulting in 300 horsepower and 295 pound-feet of torque. Also, they’ve bolted in a standard 6-speed manual transmission to the rear of the engine, which sends power to all the wheels with an electronically controlled AWD system -which is also used by the new 8-speed Tiptronic S automatic transmission. With it’s new-found smaller V6 engine the Cayenne didn’t miss a beat and can still tow the same 7,700 pound trailer as the other Cayennes.

The engine isn’t the only thing Porsche decided to downsize on the new Cayenne, as the standard brakes are now just a bit smaller as well. On the front are 6-piston black painted aluminum monobloc calipers set on 13.78-in. iron rotors, and on the back are 4-piston calipers on 13-in. rotors.

The new base Cayenne did take something from the V6 Panamera, and if you look around the back you’ll notice the familiar twin brushed stainless steel oval exhaust pipes.

Having a lighter powertrain helps the Cayenne V6 undercut the Cayenne Turbo on the scales by nearly 400 pounds. The turbo isn’t the only one trailing behind the new Cayenne in weight class, the Mercedes ML350 weighs an extra 330 pounds and the BMW X5 has an extra 531 pounds.

Inside the Cayenne V6 looks much like the Panamera, with elegant styling cues, wood and aluminum accents and leather stitching. There is no option for a third row seat, but the seats in the second row slid back on rails, and their backs both recline and fold, making loading and unloading a snap.

The 3.6-liter V6 Cayenne is a heavily discounted way to enjoy Porsche’s superb eight-speed Tiptronic, bulletproof platform, refined chassis dynamics, luxurious cabin amenities, surefooted all-wheel drive, accurate steering feel and impressive braking capabilities at less than half the cost of the Cayenne Turbo. Now who could say no to that?
